Indian Monsooned Malabar

Indian Monsooned Malabar is one of India's most distinctive coffees. The bean itself is a swollen bean with a golden color which is due to its unique curing process. This process originally comes from the long sea voyage that the coffee used to take. Now it is duplicated in special warehouses during the monsoon season. This is the coffee my friends love to receive as a gift.
