Organic Colombian Mesa de Los Santos

I can't say enough about this coffee and its producer, Oswaldo Acevedo. For starters, his farm, Hacienda El Roble, is a model for sustainable coffee practices. Organic, Rainforest Alliance and Smithsonian Bird Friendly certifications are an added bonus on top of the excellent cup quality. The Mesa has a sweet, bright acidity.
