This is another fine example of powerful African with a profile similar to our Kenyan origins. It exhibits strong, sweet dry fragrance but is also a bit malty and nutty. Acidity is fairly intense, taste is tangy (sweetly winey), and the flavors are lively. Mouthfeel is quite significant for a lighter roast and the cup finishes with a memorable winey aftertaste of baking cocoa.
